How to Buy
Ten Easy steps.
1. Choose your sauna and give us a call. We believe in a zero-pressure sales model. If you are looking for a design we do not have, we will design the perfect sauna for you and go over the plans online.
2. Take a video of where you want the sauna, capture a 360 view. Then another 360 video of your road access. Send these videos to us.
3. We highly recommend you Check local zoning department for set-backs and restrictions. Check with your HOA if needed.
4. Finalize the design details and put 50% downpayment. (10% deposit if longer than 3 month waiting period).
5. Schedule an electrician for 220v hookup.
6. Watch your build come together. We send pictures and videos of the process.
7. Receive your sauna. We show up with your sauna on a flatbed. We'll unwrap it and let you inspect. Make a 40% payment.
8. We install your sauna. We place 50" helical pile footings if needed. We schedule a crane to help us place the sauna.
9. You have two weeks to make the final 10% payment. This allows time for the electrician, and peace of mind for yourself that if something is not right, we’ll come back and take care of it for you.
10. Enjoy your new space!
